Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. The estimated time is shown at checkout. In general, allow 3 to 14 business days within Morocco.

Delivery fees

Free delivery within Morocco for any order over 2,000 MAD. Below that, a standard rate applies based on weight and destination.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment with a tracking number.

Delay or package not received

If your order exceeds the announced timeframe, contact us at contact.binwood@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
