Return policy

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of a return, in accordance with Moroccan consumer protection law.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, in its packaging. Items damaged through use are not accepted.

Write to contact.binwood@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and procedure.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is issued within 7 to 14 business days to the payment method used.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at contact.binwood@gmail.com. We will replace it or issue a full refund.
